As an associate consultant, Divine provides coaching and facilitation support for our work with senior teams, and conducts research on global business trends relating to leadership. She is a certified coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and a seasoned presenter, with television experience. Divine leverages this background to support clients in becoming more aware of how they are perceived by others. Her individual coaching clients range up to mid-management level in the financial services, IT, and energy sectors.
Divine sits on the UK Advisory Board of Seeds of Peace, a charity which inspires and cultivates new generations of global leaders in communities divided by conflict. She is also a member of Young Leaders UK, a select group convened by the US Ambassador focussed on cultivating greater connectivity between the UK and the US.
In the recent past, Divine has also served as a representative for the Olympics London Legacies Conference and the World Islamic Economic Forum. She has also conducted project work in Turkey and Ethiopia.
Divine completed her BA in Business Economics at the University of East London, graduating top of her class and receiving the Vice Chancellor’s Academic Achievement Award. In her spare time, she is an active member of her church choir and enjoys travelling.
