About the Centre for Synchronous Leadership (CSL)

We are a pioneering leadership consultancy and think tank based in London.  Our mission, since 2010, is to facilitate systemic change in the corporate sector through innovative approaches to leadership development.  With Justine, Elias and Kristina at the core, we include an extended network of team members who are assembled depending on the needs of a given project.  We are each on our personal journey of leadership, and it is our privilege to have supported so many inspiring changemakers on their way.
