Effective Governance through Trust

Our work with senior teams and boards ranges from rescue to prevention, and from one-off interventions to an ongoing commitment to team-coaching.

In either case, our recommended approach is the Synchronous Leadership Alignment Process (SLAP).  This involves engaging each member of the senior team in a one-on-one session designed to build rapport, understand their perspective, and encourage them to step into their leadership potential.  Following these, the team is engaged in a series of group sessions designed to create a shared understanding of the desired culture, surface challenging feedback, brainstorm a range of ideas, and decide on the path forward.

These sessions contain a mix of proprietary training material and team coaching, and are custom-designed according to organisational dynamics.
